At Girls Fly Africa, volunteers are not on the sidelines — they are the engine of everything we do. From school outreach sessions to aerospace camps, from social media to event logistics, our volunteers show up and change lives.

Step 1 — Apply: Complete our Volunteer Registration Form. Tell us about your skills, interests, availability, and why Girls Fly Africa matters to you.
Step 2 — Welcome & Onboarding: Join our Slack workspace and attend your Volunteer Induction Webinar — your first real step into the GFA family.
Step 3 — Get Matched: We’ll match you to a programme, project, or initiative that aligns with your skills, availability, and interests.
Step 4 — Contribute: Log your volunteer hours, collaborate with the team, and make a real, tangible impact. Whether it’s one school talk or a full event, every hour counts.
Step 5 — Grow & Be Recognised: Earn recognition and rewards through our Volunteer Incentive Tier Programme as your hours and contributions grow.
